Hi,

My wife booked a ticket on China Eastern through a 3rd party site (despite my repeated warnings to book directly with airlines) and mistakenly entered her name as "Jane Jane Doe" rather than "Jane Sally Doe." China Eastern told me that JustFly could fix it. JustFly said China Eastern won't allow it to be fixed (or won't for less than the amount of the original fare ~$770). JustFly said I should pay the cancellation fee of $150 and use the remaining credit toward the new fare (~$1000). Anyway, what are the chances that if she shows up at the airport with the ticket in the name of Jane Jane Doe and a passport in the name of Jane Sally Doe that she'll be denied boarding (either on the way out or back)? I assume pretty good chance, but want to make sure before spending another $400 or so.
