BA lounge only opens in the afternoon for BA284/BA286, but the CX lounge is open all day and is a really nice place!
Be aware that AS (*Alaska) flights to SEA leave out of terminal 2 (most times) and they are not connected airside to the international terminal where all the OW lounges are. You can enter any terminal with a valid ticket, but lines can get busy so if you have a short layover it wouldn't be a good idea. There is an AA admirals club in terminal 2, so depending on the rules there, you may be able to use it.
