I have a Consumer Affairs Travel Certificate and find the instructions a bit vague as to how to have the credit applied to the base fare.

With the excetption of having a TA book and ticket (and charge a handy fee!) does anyone know if these can be booked on-line and held and then ticketed at the local ticket office/airport within 24 hours OR do you have to call in to reservations and then go in preson to have it ticketed?
