For ZRH to YYZ you can also consider flying SWISS for a low cost - about $90 in fees. ZRH to YUL, 1.5hr or so stopover, then YUL to YYZ.

The bad part about about this is you have to deplane, grab your luggage, and go through security again. But you will have access to the beautiful SWISS lounges at ZRH, lie-flat seats on both legs, and low YQ.

(I've never flown TK so I can't comment for that)
