Glad to see a BofA employee here. Can you tell us what is the issue? Somone walks in with a card which is either the equivalent of an ATM card (with a PIN) or a VISA debit card (equivalent of a credit card). What difference does it make to BofA? Just run a cash advance. There's nothing out of BofA's pocket, is there? Why wouldn't you just DO IT??
