Group 2 then called as I was stepping onto the escalator and people were still in the group 1 line (I don’t know if they were group 1). I gave Feedback of incorrect boarding procedures used via .com. Assumes BA care whether or not the correct boarding procedure is used, which they may not as long as it’s an on-time departure.
