For this property 42K points/nt seems to be a really good value (especially for all-inclusive). We stayed there last year and had a great time - and my daughter was just there a couple weeks ago and all sounds similar. The watersports and excursions like Konoko Falls, along with included transportation, all make for an even better value. The main downside for some are that the beaches are on the small side so can't go for long walks like at some other resorts, but we still enjoyed it and had no issues with getting lounges/shade.
