I "boycotted" Marriott for 17 years - basically stayed ANYWHERE else unless forced to by a client - so, about 20 nights in 17 years - all due to very poor treatment by the Marriott Boston Copley. It was at that point I started with Starwood. Granted, I only have about 12 or so years left of work travel in me, but if they want to say goodbye to those 900 nights or so, then so be it.
