Priority Pass lounges at Newark (EWR)

These are listed:

Terminal A / Airside / AC Maple Leaf Lounge / 05:00 - 15:00 only
Terminal B / Landside / Art & Lounge / 09:00 - 23:30

Any experiences here? I have a 2 pm departure from terminal A, so I'll likely visit the AC lounge. How are the food offerings? Good enough for lunch, or should we eat before visiting?

Or, since the A&L is landside, I could visit that one instead, if it's enough better to make the trek to B and back worthwhile.

And issues with capacity / access denial for PP members at either one?
