This is a two year old, very nice property with a small convention center attached. First article stated that Hyatt would be taking an equity interest in the property. Great news. I live in Santa Rosa about 5 miles from this property. It is right next to an area called Railroad Square with some of the better restaraunts in Santa Rosa. You'll love Syrah right down the street. Also try Mixx and Capri. Welcome to Wine Country Hyatt! So close for the quick Hyatt runs!
