In January 2018, I was able to book a free baby bassinet; however they would only provide one free bulk head seat for the bassinet even though our party was 4 people plus the baby. Also the free bassinet was at the second bulkhead on an A 330 next to the lavatories so I ended up just purchasing first row bulkhead seats for our entire party. I can let you know whether they give us a bassinet in the first bulkhead on an A 330 in two weeks.
