When they say a strike is happening on April 23 and 24, does that mean the strike action starts at 00:01 on April 23 or sometime later in the day like 06:00? the time you indicate shows that you are departing from a country outside France (because no AF flight departs at 00:40 from CDG) and so the crews do not strike abroad, they want to return home).
