Following some examples here, I have also requested today and received my master statement starting 2003. You can easily calculate your lifetime SPG points by nullifying all award activities (either negative such as award nights or positive as award re-deposits if those reservations are cancelled) and taking the sum of such modified column.
With ca. 770 SPG lifetime nights my SPG point count is about 2 million. Yes, the legacy Marriott LTP requirement of 2 million MR points is a joke!
