I have been trying to reserve my seats for a flight from Los Angeles to Guangzhou for more than 15 days, the website do not let me, if you call the people in china, they send you back to Los Angeles, but there (if you are lucky) and somebody answer, expect someone very rude, sometimes you can't understand because of the accent of the person on the phone and instead to try to help you they let you know that if you do not agree, you can hang up without any solution.
I will be flying tomorrow the time today in Los Angeles is 9.30 Am, in their website you can reserve seats until 2.00 pm of the last day before departing, is the 3 time that i reach them, well they told me that I can't do it at 9.30 Am, that I have to wait until I arrive to the airport??????
