The family and I are heading to Rapid City, SD on Friday evening for the long upcoming weekend, but unfortunately, I was not able to get a flight into RAP using points, and for some reason, FSD was also unavailable, so we find ourselves flying in and out of DEN and making the drive up to RAP.

We land in DEN at 9pm and I'm still deciding on whether to drive all the way up to RAP and get a place there, or stop along the way. It will depend on how we feel.

Assuming we do decide to stop, does anybody know where a good stopping point would be for a hotel? I've never driven this route before and all I know are the directions given to me and that it will take about five hours to do it.
