Hey all - I’m assuming my best bet here will be to contact AA, but curious how others have dealt with similar situations.
I was scheduled to fly SFO-LAX-DFW-BNA last week. Due to a delay that would have led me to miss my connection in LA, got rerouted to SFO-DFW-BNA. The DFW-BNA leg credited as it should but the SFO-DFW leg is weird — EQM was per distance but EQD was based off the SFO-LAX leg. Not sure what I should be getting credit for, but 24 EQD for SFO-DFW feels lackluster.
Anyone experience something similar?
Contact AAdvantage customer service, ask for Original Routing Credit. This is a routine transaction.
