And i still remember the time they let our intl connection go 10 mins early at DTW even though there were 5 pax on our first flight trying to make the same connection that was delayed because the lav was broken. Got to the gate to watch it pulling away. Ended up stuck for an entire day in Detriot and having to rearrange a bunch of reservations.
