Due to changing work circumstances I didn't stay in hotels much last year and went from Hilton Gold to Silver.

I ​​​ will be starting a few stays at Hilton soon - enough for Fast Track Gold, maybe Diamond. However I do not have any significant status with another chain so am unable to go for a Gold / Diamond status match.

Has anyone just asked Customer Services for a Gold/Diamond challenge? Any luck? Or any other suggestions gratefully received.
