No, access is to PP and Amex lounges. It will also get you into Delta lounges when flying on a Delta ticket, for what it's worth. Either trump the MLL ... last time I was in one it was louder and more crowded than the main terminal ... people on cell phones or slumped over their belongings everywhere ... sort of like a refugee camp with pickles.

I've been to the PP lounges & they haven't been much better, depends with Airport your at. Seems like everyone has lounge access these days.
I think the trend is now for the seperate upscale lounges for the highest class fare (BA, AA, UA, AF etc) and now AC has one in the International side of T1, these are quite impressive but with restricted access.
