That's untrue. BA have one of the weakest products out of LCY, comparing to AZ, KL and TP who all use Embraer's and configure 2-2 in Business Class.
LH group airlines all have a proper European Business Class config that you would find on a mainline aircraft. LH use the Embraer 190 to FRA 4x Daily, LX use Helvetic E90 to GVA 2x Daily, theres 6x Daily to ZRH with a mix of E90 and CS1000. All of these aircraft are configured 1-1 in Business Class. In effect, every passenger has a row of two seats to themselves.
Even LG's Q400's to LUX are configured 1-1 in Business Class.
Comparing to TP is obscure given they are of the smallest carriers to operate at LCY and only validates BA's weak position compared to LX & LH.
