Yeah, I'm pretty sure it a too-early-to-load-inventory issue. I would just do a search every month or so and eventually it will pop up. But after it does pop up, it would be in your interest every couple of weeks to run a search to see how many points they want. If cash prices go down, the number of points you'll need will likely go down. It's worth doing this on pretty much any Honors points redemption these days. For this hotel, the price levels could fluctuate quite significantly.
