from my experience, UA is the slowest. Like Alaska have a 30 minutes guarantee, however usually UA bags haven’t even started to come out yet.

Highly dependent on the airport in my experience. I've been pleasantly surprised at IAH lately that the baggage has come out in a reasonable time.

Outstations seem to be a very mixed bag. YYC being my most frequent is a complete and utter disaster for baggage handling on UA flights. See: 70+ minute baggage claim waits at YYC, no irrop
