French Bee Questions - GlobalEntry and Sitting with Family

Hi. I recently reserved 4 seats from SFO to ORY on French Bee. $700.. (total for 4 tickets, one way). The online booking experience was pretty rough, they have this thing where you can "hold" the price for a week, which sort of works but dropped all of my seat and luggage prepays when it came to confirm a week later.

Then it give me a weird message about "Your flight is confirmed but the e-ticket cannot be issue, please call the helpdesk". I called the contact #, and the call tree ended up in a French menu system despite selecting English. Fortunately I speak French so not a problem. Got through to someone after 20 mins who was able to fix whatever the problem was and issue the e-tickets.

He could not however answer two questions:
1. We are travelling with a 7 and a 9 year old. If we don't book seats, are we guaranteed at checkin they will pair up one kid with one adult? The guy said no, but I can't imagine they'd break up a family - I know Norwegian doesn't. If they really want my 7 year old sitting alone.. well good luck with that
2 How do I put in my global entry know traveler # for faster checkin/security? The guy I talked to had *no* idea what I was talking about (I even used the terms Nexus/Sentri which I believe is what it's called outside the US)

Thanks!
