It has been announced in our local paper that Hyatt will be taking over management of the Vineyard Creek Inn in Santa Rosa, Ca. This is a two year old, very nice property with a small convention center attached. First article stated that Hyatt would be taking an equity interest in the property. Final details to be announced soon.
