It's chicken, it was a very random shape (looked like someone had used a pair of scissors to cut out a circle from a chicken breast
) but it was moist and tender. Instead of a Full English, on the JFK-LHR early morning flight you've the option of a Mixed Grill.
The sauce was OK, but just OK... it wasn't Heinz for sure. Wonder if it's different going the other way?
