Posts and Dups and Error
Hi
Almost every post I make gives me an error "Administrator allows .... in 30 secs". When I check the thread my reply is posted. I sometimes get a error screen.. This has occurs with almost every post..

Sorry! The administrator has specified that users can only post one message every 30 seconds.
