I missed my connecting flight to ICN because my flight from GVA was delayed by 3 hours due to KLM's Power Outage on February 28th. Ultimately arriving in ICN 2 days later after 3 separate layovers. KLM is refusing compensation claiming it was a weather related delay.

Wondering if anyone else encountered the same, or if anyone can verify that the outage was in fact due to the weather and therefore I do not deserve compensation.
