well clearly the location of the villas is not as nice as the estates. they are tucked away on the right of the main lobby, facing the gorge/source. however only one or two villas have good facing towards the gorge/source, and the ones further back are blocked by other villas. (again, i am recalling from memory from last year...)

alas with regards to food, we always prefer sticking to generic dishes if we have to at the hotels, and venturing into ubud for much better and usually cheaper fare.
