FWIW, Bank of America overnighted my Premium Rewards card to me for free. I'm a Platinum Honors tier customer which may have had something to do with it.

It's unfortunate that Chase no longer offers emergency in-branch card replacement. It's apparently due to fraud concerns. which is odd since TD Bank is currently advertising their offering the same service (for debit cards, at least).
