Any recent experiences? Considering Chanler vs Castle Hill in early June for a quick getaway...

- only Beach Houses available at Castle Hill
- Chanler has queen bedded rooms (not ideal) with outside hot tub (ideal)

Ocean House is like 2K per night.... ouch

Would prefer not to get a car but seems both properties aren't terribly convenient for walking....

thoughts?
