Would not pay a lot to be honest. The space is not really nice (apart from the huge terrace) and food is rather basic with average service. Breakfast selection is limited compared to restaurant selection.
Plus there are a lot of really nice cafes/bars/restaurants just a short walk (15-20min) or cab ride (5min) away.
