You should be completely fine. The international and domestic terminals are in the same long building, one on each end. The walk is no more than 10 minutes depending on which airlines you're taking. If you can manage to get your SAA boarding passes at the beginning of your trip, it would be a help--I've had massive lines on occasion at the SAA domestic check-in (typically on a Friday afternoon though, so I'm sure it depends on what day you're going). I believe you have to pick up your luggage upon arrival into SA and re-check it onward to Port Elizabeth, but if I recall correctly, you can do this right near the international baggage claim so you don't have to bring it all to the domestic terminal.
