Driving in NYC, I've learned not to check over shoulder for lane changes as the car in front can stop suddenly and you need to keep your eyes ahead at all times. I just adjust my side mirrors to face more outwards (no point seeing the side of your own car in the mirror).

The turbo in the Expedition is a detuned version I think, with "just" 375 hp, 470 ft-lb torque. The one in the Navigator is 450 hp, 510 ft-lb torque.

And thanks, I'm aware of the optimal side mirror adjustment, but I always like having the option of checking over my shoulder as backup. I also don't completely trust blindspot sensors.
