Please see the link that was provided by Lurker - all SPG LPTs get only LPElite and NOT LPPremier. So as far as I can tell, even if you've been SPG75 for 10+ years, you don't get LPP, just only LPE.

But it looks like all Rewards LPE members get grandfathered to LPPE!
