Forget about BA for a moment... in a situation where individual members of the group do not know each other, the travel agent concerned would be committing a serious breach of data protection legislation if they provided you with a reference that would enable you to view other passengers' details. As you well know, entering any PNR into ba.com/mmb would reveal details of the whole of the group booked on it.
