I think as a business hotel, it's fine. Putting it out as being a 'luxury' hotel is so far from the reality though. I spoke to the Manager and he proactively offered to comp our entire stay. A good gesture but it also turned out they had also downgraded our room at check in and not told us. So I guess this hotel in its current state works for some but at the rates they charge and the overall, they should be branding this right now as an Embassy Suites.
