If that amount was not included before you press the "pay" button and you can prove it, I guess you have ground to dispute the charge. If there is a glitch on the website, that's the airline problem. Now it is worth the time and afford for a small amount like that, that's a different story.
After reading the above replies, I think it may not be worthwhile to open a dispute with the above reason. But more importantly I would like to know if anyone has successfully managed to avoid to fee using another mean of booking if I ever need to take UO flight from outside Hong Kong again.
