Simply terrible and borderline criminal
45 min wait for the shuttle on arrival,despite 3 calls to hotel and assurance from hotel it's coming.
After this he showed up - but not at the shuttle stop,it was pure luck I spotted this little van.
The reason for delay became apparent later,when driver asked us if we need to go into town later on.He can drive us anywhere - there is an official tarif from the hotel.But he can also make a discount and pocket the money if we pay cash.
And while he is doing this, others will have to wait for the shuttle,as it's only one van.
At the hotel things are similar.Most rude FD agent refused to provide a set of bedsheets ( 2 colleagues travelling, all rooms are king only, so one had to sleep on the sofa). I had to call Starwoods, after which he brought the sheets.
At check-out the shuttle bus wants money to drive you to the terminal.It's actually walkable, but I got the taxi for less then hotel wanted to charge me for the shuttle.
Just out of principle I refuse to sponsor this con-act.
Sheraton is often same price.And Moxy accross the road from Element is considerably cheaper.So Element should work hard to keep the customers - instead of spitting into they faces
