My account was billed in June [my anniversary month] for the $135 annual fee. My counter re-set to $0 in May (this is when I crossed over the $25,000 spending threshhold.) I received the "companion ticket" a few days ago. I am now waiting for my 10,000 MQM miles to post on Delta. (Note: I was promised 5000 MQM for upgrading from the AMEX DL Gold to Platinum Skymiles card, back in Sept. 2003--these have not posted yet...will my 10,000 also hang in limbo for 9 months too?)
