I just stayed here. Wifi was good enough for Netflix, although it slowed down noticeably in the evening when traffic presumably increased.

There was a note in the room saying that they couldn't guarantee good wifi reception throughout the hotel. So YMMV depending on your allocated room I suppose.

As a Platinum, I received a voucher for one free entry to the onsen. Didn't go though. The club rooms come with special slippers and robe - apologies for forgetting the exact Japanese term - that are clearly for use to/from the onsen.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant. Evenings in the lounge are for a drink and snack, but you can't make a meal out of it.
