Assuming you like asian food: SQ, i found BA and QF a wash foodwise.
Seats: SQ by a wide margin (SQ has only 12 seats in the same space where BA and QF have 14). When travelling alone BA has an advantage over QF and SQ: The seats along the window offer more privacy. But even then i would pick SQ.
I also would prefer CX over BA and QF - better seats, better food and much better lounges at the midpoint.
