Like Carol, I organized my first do before ever having attended ANY. The well-established part comes AFTER! The way to approach do-planning is to plan a weekend YOU would enjoy, and see who comes along for the ride. Setting attendance expectations is unnecessarily stressful.
Size doesn't matter ..at least not when it comes to FT Do's
