HK Express adds a "convenience fee" into tickets departing outside Hong Kong if booked using a credit card (which in my case TWD 190 as stated in the fees table), however, a glitch in the website has made the "convenience fee" shown as 0, but when the booking actually happens, it is added into the ticket price.
However, in the Mastercard Securecode page, the total shown is TWD 1253, and the confirmation page includes the convenience fee TWD 190.
In this case, should I open a dispute to the CC company?
