1. Correct! And I believe a later operator of the F28 in the U.K. was AirUK following the merger of Air Anglia and British Island Airways.

BTW, Air Anglia's two letter code was "AQ". After the merger to form AirUK ("UK"), Aloha Airlines adopted the "AQ" code which replaced "TS" with the latter reflecting Aloha's original name: Trans-Pacific Airlines.
