But perhaps they should be considering other ways of heating and presenting the food (heating the meal in a foil container before transferring it to the plate?) because it's little things like this that undermine the service. This is, after all, Club World, and you would reasonably expect the same standard of presentation as in a mid-range restaurant.
I like to think that BA has considered many many ways of heating and presenting the food. In the balancing acts between alacrity of service, food-safety, presentation, weight, and staffing: I think we should be slow to criticise having a little evidence of the food having been recently heated in the plate.
