I can appreciate how difficult it must be to wipe baked-on stains from a very hot plate. But perhaps they should be considering other ways of heating and presenting the food (heating the meal in a foil container before transferring it to the plate?) because it's little things like this that undermine the service. This is, after all, Club World, and you would reasonably expect the same standard of presentation as in a mid-range restaurant.
