- front desk is rude, no status acknowledgement, no FHR acknowledgement
- minibar and amenities not stocked. No free water.
- room is beyond tired. Everything is chipped, stained and battered. I stayed at a Hampton inn last week that was far nicer
- AC roars. It’s ridiculously loud.
- room smells damp and like pee
- the remedial touch ups around he room are amateur
- bathroom is disgusting. Filthy cracked shower tiles

Weve stayed in a fair fre Conrads including downtown and this is just an embarrassment to the brand and to FHR. There’s nothing luxury at all about this. If you find a great rate then fair enough. I didn’t, bought as a treat and had expectations sorely not met. Avoid if you possibly can.
I’ve stayed here three times since they joined the Hilton Honors program, and have slowly noticed things getting a little better. Still, in no way should anyone expect an actual Conrad experience here until after the renovations and rebranding. Their biggest assets for now are still location and real suites.
