No Custom Officials?
I havent been to the states for a while. At JFK after I passed through immigration, I was worried cause the officer took my global entry paper receipt that marked as nothing for customs. After getting my luggage, I notice there are no custom officers checking and everyone just walked straight out (this includes foreign nationals). Not sure if this normal protocol but seemed a bit weird.
