Thanks for this, I have an ATL-LAX flight next week and was thinking of trying the AVM meal based on some of the recent positive reports but was worried as it seems like the quality of the AVM meal is very location dependent (ie LAX == Bad, JFK == Good) and had not seen any reports ex-ATL. I'm gonna roll the dice and give it a go - will report back on my experience.
