I used a voucher to gift a ticket to a family member. She’s across the country and will visit next month.
AA issued a new voucher in my name for the remainder but mailed it to her! Is this normal? I never mentioned her address in my letter sent with the voucher. AA pulled it from her aadvantage account.
If that’s their policy it is idiotic.
